NetGain Technologies, LLC was formed in 1998 by a group of professionals with strong and diverse backgrounds to conduct research and development on technologies that are or will be used in alternatively fueled vehicles.

Through this research and development, NetGain Technologies, LLC created an economic and environmental technology breakthrough with two newly developed, patent pending technologies, called EAS™ and EMIS™. These technologies enable an existing gasoline, or diesel fueled vehicle to be converted to a hybrid vehicle. Major benefits to the new system users will be greater fuel economy and longer vehicle life. Also, with the greater fuel economies, engine emissions will be reduced and provide the environmental benefits that hybrids produce.
