NetGain Technologies, LLC was formed in 1998 by a group of professionals with strong and diverse backgrounds in business, finance, technology, research, development, marketing, and automotive performance. Our primary activity is to seek out innovators and leaders in their field and work with them to conduct research and development on technologies that are or will be used in alternatively fueled vehicles.
NetGain Technologies, LLC is focused on forming strategic partnerships with various companies who commit to develop, manufacture and distribute appropriate kits that deploy our technology, or those who seek to acquire (by sale or license) our technology as part of their efforts. These companies are not controlled by NetGain Technologies, LLC and thus, the manner in which such companies implement our technology may or may not be optimal. The various independent efforts that purport to use our technology and can be found on the Internet do not have exclusive rights and have provided appropriate indemnifications to NetGain Technologies, LLC and/or our agent. Internet based statements regarding our technology may also cover these independent initiatives which may or may not achieve the same caliber of performance and results as our technology is capable.
